How it works

From counter to branch in four steps

  1. 01

    Appraiser fills the certificate

Weights, karat, and market rate are recorded at the counter as the appraisal happens — not typed up later from notes.

  2. 02

Hash + QR generated on submit

The moment it's signed, the certificate's exact contents are hashed and a QR verification token is minted for it.

  3. 03

PDF emailed to the bank branch

The signed certificate is delivered straight to the lending branch — no courier, no scan-and-forward.

  4. 04

    Bank verifies instantly

Scanning the QR hits a public page that recomputes the hash live and confirms nothing has changed since submission.

What “Hash Verified” actually guarantees: every certificate is fingerprinted the moment it's signed. That fingerprint (a cryptographic hash) changes completely if even a single figure — a weight, a rate, a name — is altered afterward. Scanning a certificate's QR code recomputes that fingerprint from the record on file and compares it live, so a bank branch can tell in seconds whether the document matches exactly what was originally issued. It doesn't certify the appraisal itself was accurate — only that nothing has been tampered with since.
